Its that all logic is selfish in nature. And it makes mentalism obsolete. It makes reading people largely unnecessary.
True selfish logic has only one purpose ethically and thats to protect the life of the person using the logic.
If you're thinking is itself selfish but doesn't benefit your own life personally then someone else is thinking selfishly for you for their benefit while sacrificing you personally as a willing dupe.
To avoid humiliation pay attention to your own thinking. Do you discard good thoughts and choose bad ones at random without respect for how the thoughts connect logically?
If you answered yes then youve been played.
It means as a process this thought grounds the human being and mentalism allows for new experiences while keeping the person grounded.
The best example of this is T.V. show the Mentalist. He tried to get unearned wisdom by trying to gain notoritity by playing psychic.
One could argue that playing psychic would have prevented him from using mentalism to benefit his family. His wisdom thus important made him more important to the world than his family and thats why his family died.
Character flaws of personal humility is so important to avoiding tragedies like that. That way your humanity protects yourself and your family while separating you and your wisdom from your family temporarily so that you and your family can survive and prosper.
