Its because people tend to let people be more free when a person is honest and accepts help but are also smart to not accept help if help comes with unfair negotiations. Women tend to not know how to negotiate.
I say this because women seem as a common emotion people pleasers and perfectionists.
If you knew how to use your imperfection as leverage instead of trying to be something your not, which was pretending to be perfect, you'd get an honest response thats immediate and beneficial. You expect people to obey you when you please them because you didn't negotiate for your freedom correctly and felt entitled to your freedom after the fact.
Its a manipulation either way. Negotiation cant be avoided. Passive aggressive after the fact negotiation isnt respectable. Thats why you got shit for your ability to please.
